What is it?

It is normal to feel anxious about something that is unknown or unfamiliar to you. It is the body’s reaction to an unfamiliar situation and your minds way of questioning your ability to fulfil the purpose.  Your mind can trigger physical reactions in your body that can be very worrying. Many people struggle with heart palpitations, dizziness and difficulty sleeping or concentrating. People then feel like they don’t understand what is causing this, which results in a knock on effect and different symptoms. Some of the symptoms stemming from Anxiety but not limited to are:

  • Insomnia

  • Phobias

  • Panic Attack

  • Social Anxiety

  • Back Ache

  • IBS

  • Performance Anxiety

  • Stage Fright

  • GAD (Generalised Anxiety Disorder)


What do I do to help?

As a Holistic therapist and NLP Practitioner my first step is to offer a free consultation to discuss the best therapeutic method for you as everyone has had different experiences that require sensitivity and compassion.

Weight Management

Whether you have gained a few extra pounds, you don't recognise the person in the mirror or you feel that you are not at your best health wise. There is more to your weight than you realised. You can watch your weight or do all the fancy diets that cost you time and commitment. The reality is it is hard to lose weight because it keeps coming back.  You may reduce your size for a while but the diet is hard to maintain so the weight comes back on.

What I do

Using NLP or Hypnotherapy I will get to the root cause and set some life changes in to action. So that you 'manage' your weight, until you reduce it and know how to keep it off.

There are so many phobias. Fear of needles, fear of heights, spiders, public speaking or fear of being sick. The list is endless. In fact there are so many they are categorised broadly in to categories.

A phobias is an intense fear, that is fundamentally unrealistic but causes anxiety in the person experiencing it. The person is debilitated by the idea of being faced with the event or exposed to what has in their experience always scared them. Using NLP and Hypnotherapy you no longer need to feel powerless.
